The TL52057 automotive sealing strip abrasion tester is a professional device specifically designed to evaluate the abrasion resistance of sealing strips. Through reciprocating or rotating friction, it accurately reproduces the friction scenarios (such as opening and closing doors, driving vibrations) of sealing strips in actual use.

For example, the PV3313 abrasion standard in Volkswagen's TL52057 and TL52417 technical standards (Germany),
and the PV3366 abrasion standard in the TL52641 technical standard, a standard of the Chinese Automotive Industry Department,
QC/T711-2004 Test Method for Abrasion Resistance of Flocked Automotive Sealing Strips (National Standard),
GB/T21282-2007 Abrasion Test Standard for Various Automotive Sealing Strips, including Rubber and Plastic Sealing Strips for Passenger Cars.
Structural components
Friction head:
Made of wear-resistant materials, such as wear-resistant alloys, the shape and size can be customized according to test requirements, and the common size is 20×20mm.
Load device:
Generally made of high-strength steel, constant pressure is applied by adding weights, etc. to ensure stable friction conditions during testing.
Reciprocating motion mechanism: It is composed of precision-machined mechanical parts, such as motors, guide rails, transmission devices, etc., which simulate actual friction actions so that the friction head can perform continuous and stable reciprocating friction on the specimen.
Control system:
