Oil Filter Performance Tester

The Oil Filter Performance Tester evaluates the durability, efficiency, and fatigue resistance of hydraulic and lubrication filters under repeated operational cycles. Using the principle of "multiple passes through," components undergo a controlled number of cycles to simulate long-term use. This accelerated testing allows objective assessment of filtration performance, particle removal efficiency, and structural integrity.

Application

Applications include hydraulic filter testing, fastener fatigue testing, shoe bending evaluation, and flow fatigue analysis. Performance parameters are measured at intervals or at the end of the test, with failure criteria defined based on performance changes, appearance, or structural integrity.
