The King Size Foam Fatigue Tester is a single-station pneumatic fatigue testing system designed for evaluating the long-term durability, compression resistance, and structural stability of full-size foam mattresses. Test Procedures
Place the mattress flat on the test platform
Adjust the four corner retainers to secure the mattress position
Select constant force or constant displacement test mode
Set test frequency, load or displacement value, and cycle count
Position the indenter using the X–Y gantry to the target test area
Start the fatigue test and allow the system to operate automatically
The system stops automatically upon reaching the preset cycle count
Remove the mattress after the indenter returns to the home position
