Thermostat testing device
TheThermostat Testing Deviceis a dedicated system for life cycle testing of snap-action thermostats. You use this equipment to alternately expose the thermostat sensing surface to controlled hot and cold air streams, creating precise thermal cycling conditions. Through repeated heating and cooling, the device reliably triggers thermostat on and off actions, allowing you to evaluate switching performance, durability, and electrical continuity over extended test cycles. PLC and touchscreen control provide accurate parameter setting, real-time monitoring, and clear fault indication.
