SI4000Xenon Arc Weather Ometer utilizes a xenon lamp to simulate ideal natural climate and sunlight conditions. It is suitable for suitable for aging tests of various industries and products, and can accurately measure the lifetime of products., including textiles, wire and cable, plastics, coatings, and building materials. Its exceptionally cost-effective performance rivals the industry's CI series weathering chambers, enabling precise testing of product lifespan while ensuring excellent repeatability and reproducibility.
Working Principle
1、 This instrument simulates natural climate and artificial sunlight using a xenon lamp by varying temperature, humidity, and spray conditions. It is suitable for testing color and performance changes in materials across a wide range of industries. It reliably simulates full-spectrum sunlight to test the aging resistance of materials.The SI Series is a water-cooled solar tester featuring light energy circuit control, irradiance monitoring, humidity circuit control, blackboard temperature circuit control, multi-point energy monitoring, a reliable deionized water system, and various filter combinations.
2、 6500W xenon lamp and ultrasonic humidification system provide a test environment for simulating tests under varying solar spectra and various climatic conditions, ensuring stable testing and highly repeatable test results in a short and long period of time.

3. Comprehensive Protection:The instrument features irradiance monitoring, lamp power monitoring, water quality monitoring, temperature monitoring, water level limit protection, water flow monitoring, dry burn protection, and leakage protection to ensure equipment and personnel safety.
4. Large Testing Area:The imported xenon lamp and the new water-cooled xenon lamp cooling system provide excellent cooling performance and low cooling water consumption, complying with national environmental protection guidelines. The large test chamber can test up to 65 samples at a time, and the rotating sample rack ensures consistent exposure across all samples. This improves testing efficiency and conserves water.
5.Optional sample fixtures:Fixtures can be customized according to different sample shapes to achieve testing of different material samples. Simply change the different fixtures.
6. Closed-loop irradiance monitoring and automatic adjustment:The instrument can test multiple wavelengths and is automatically calibrated regularly using an irradiance calibration device.
7. Benchmarking against industry-leading technology:The SI4000 xenon arc weathering test chamber replaces the Atlas CI4000 xenon arc weathering tester of the same model. It can be installed with genuine Atlas lamps and offers the same spectrum and performance as the Atlas xenon arc weathering tester, making it a perfect replacement.
