Test Procedures
Specimen installation
Fix the touch screen or display module securely on the test fixture at each station.
Ensure the test surface is flat, clean, and properly aligned with the motion path.
Parameter setting
Set tapping force (100–500 gf) via the cylinder control.
Select movement speed (0–300 mm/s).
Choose motion pattern (rectangle, triangle, straight line, or diagonal).
Input required test cycles on the counter.
Running the test
Start the system; the stylus performs programmed tapping or sliding movements.
The system automatically records cumulative cycles and continues until completion.
Test completion
The machine stops automatically when the preset cycles are reached.
Inspect the screen for scratches, wear, or functional degradation.
