Features
Uses hardened steel conical stylus with polished tip (R0.25 mm ±0.02 mm) for precise scratch application.

Stylus applies consistent load of 10 N ±0.5 N along its axis.
Scratch spacing ≥5 mm between lines and ≥5 mm from sample edges to ensure uniform results.

Test Procedures
Sample Installation
Place the sample on the rotatable worktable and secure it using clamps.
Parameter Setup
Set scratch speed, load, angle, length, and spacing on the touchscreen interface.
Scratch Test Execution
Start the test via PLC control.
The stylus moves along the sample at the preset speed and angle, applying a load of 10 N ±0.5 N.
Rotate worktable as needed for transverse or longitudinal scratch lines.
Observation and Recording
Inspect scratches visually or with measurement equipment.
Record data for quality assessment or compliance verification.
Maintenance Information
Clean stylus and worktable after each test to remove debris.
Check stylus tip for wear and replace when necessary.
Ensure stepper motors and PLC system are functioning properly.
Verify load calibration periodically to maintain test accuracy.
Keep touchscreen interface free of dust and moisture.
