TheVacuum Cleaner Torsion Testing Machineis designed for long-term torsion life testing of vacuum cleaner handle shafts and floor brush shafts. You use this system to clamp the test sample securely at both ends, then drive it through continuous reciprocating rotation using a servo transmission mechanism. The equipment allows you to evaluate torsional durability under controlled conditions, and by changing fixtures and test modes, you can also perform full-unit torsion and impact life testing. PLC program control with a 7-inch touchscreen ensures stable operation, accurate parameter control, and easy data recording.
