The safety helmet retention test equipment is a device used to evaluate the stability of a helmet's fit when subjected to impact. Application
Apply an initial load of a certain force to the rear of the helmet. Then, let a weight specified by the standard fall from a certain height so that the impact force is also applied to the helmet. In this way, the wearing stability performance of the helmet can be evaluated.

Feature
(1)Dynamic Tensile Testing: A tensile force is applied to the helmet using a tensile loading system, and the maximum tensile force is recorded to ensure the helmet does not detach during the test.
(2)Impact Testing: The helmet is worn and slid down a track to impact a rigid obstacle at a specific speed, and whether the helmet detaches is recorded.
(3)Data Acquisition: An accelerometer records the impact force on the headform, comprehensively evaluating the stability of the fastening system under dynamic impact.
(4)Safety Protection: The equipment is equipped with a safety enclosure to prevent injury from flying helmet fragments during testing.
