The New Energy Battery Air Tightness Leak Tester is an advanced intelligent detection system designed for sealing performance verification of battery packs and energy storage modules. It is equipped with a built-in smart leak detection system, supporting 1+99 programmable test procedures with one-key input. The 7-inch touchscreen provides intuitive operation, while safety light curtain protection ensures operator safety during testing. The system plays a critical role in ensuring battery safety by accurately detecting sealing integrity and preventing electrolyte leakage, short circuits, and ingress of water or dust.
