The extreme pressure friction testing machine mainly consists of a main frame, a spindle transmission system, a test force loading mechanism, a lubricant supply and recovery mechanism, a sample fixture, and a control and measurement sensing system. Under the precise closed-loop control of the computer measurement and control system, the testing machine can achieve uniform and constant loading of test force, precise rotation of the spindle, and precise oil supply.

Application

Alemken extreme pressure friction testing machine is mainly used to evaluate the extreme pressure performance and abrasion resistance of various tear oil and grease, etc. Its specific uses include but are not limited to:

Evaluating the extreme pressure bearing capacity of lubricating media: The Timken testing machine can evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricating media such as lubricating oil and grease under extreme conditions by simulating the friction and wear process under extreme pressure conditions. This is of great significance to the research and specification of industrial oils and fats.

Distinguish the performance of EP additives: Through the test of Timken testing machine, it is possible to distinguish the low, medium and high extreme pressure performance of different EP(extreme pressure) additives, which provides a scientific basis for the optimization of lubricant formulation.
