Reciprocating wear machine is usefor detecting the Scratch resistance performance and abrasion resistance performance of coatings, plastics, decorative fabrics, automotive interior, cashmere fabric, such as scratch resistance and wear resistance. Abrasive and load rack height is adjustable to suit the testing of different height samples.

Instrument principle

The tested product is fixed on a horizontal table and is worn under the specified abrasive and load with the horizontal movement of the aquarium.
