Features
1. Multi-Energy Range and High-Precision Testing
The equipment supports three adjustable impact energy levels: 1J, 2J, and 3J, with a resolution up to 0.001J, meeting the testing needs of flexible packaging materials ranging from thin to thick.
Punch sizes are available in Φ12.7mm, Φ19mm, and Φ25.4mm, while clamp diameters are compatible with Φ60mm and Φ89mm, accommodating samples of varying thicknesses and structures.
2. Constant Impact Velocity and Pneumatic System
The impact velocity is constant at 2.5m/s, ensuring repeatability of test results.
The pneumatic clamping and pendulum release system effectively reduces human error and improves test stability.
3. Intelligent Data Management
Equipped with a microcomputer control system, it supports parameter setting, automatic data statistics, and visualized result display.
