Test Procedures
Power on the equipment and allow it to preheat to the preset temperature (approximately 15–30 minutes).
Place the prepared sample into the test chamber and securely close the chamber door.
Start the test program; the system automatically controls temperature, pressure release, and aggregate impact.
Monitor temperature and pressure parameters via the control panel to ensure stable operation throughout the test.
Maintenance Information
After testing, remove the sample once the equipment stops automatically.
Record test parameters such as impact cycles, temperature, and pressure for result evaluation.
Clean the test chamber and spray gun tube to remove residual aggregate.
Regularly inspect key components to ensure stable performance for subsequent tests.
