Test Procedures
System Preparation
Install the FTIR system in a stable environment and ensure the gas cell, filter unit, and sampling probe are correctly connected.
Sampling Setup
Insert the dedicated sampling probe into the pipeline, test chamber, or smoke outlet where gas collection is required.
Software Configuration
Launch the gas analysis software and select the corresponding measurement or monitoring mode according to the test objective.
Gas Measurement
Gas samples are continuously introduced into the multi-pass gas cell, where infrared spectra are collected and processed in real time.
Data Analysis and Output
The software automatically performs qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of gas components and displays real-time concentration results, which can be stored or exported for further evaluation.
