What to do when the pressure of Dewar bottle is high
In the process of using Dewar bottles we sometimes find that the pressure of Dewar bottles increases and worry about malfunction, what causes the pressure to increase? What should we do?
First of all, it may be due to the small amount of gas, if the daily gas usage is less than about 2.8 standard cubic meters, the pressure will rise. Secondly, it may be due to overfilling, if overfilling, the pressure inside the bottle may rise sharply after filling and there is a possibility of danger, so we should avoid overfilling. Thirdly, it may also be due to improper setting or malfunction of the booster adjustment valve. When the working pressure exceeds and is maintained above the required pressure after pressurization, we have to readjust the pressurization valve to the required pressure. Finally, high Dewar bottle pressure may also be due to loss of vacuum. When sweating or uniform frosting occurs on the bottle surface, contact the manufacturer to return to the factory for repair.
