Program-controlled automatic box-type pressure filter
Technical features:
1.The filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene molded, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, non-toxic, tasteless; long service life.
2.Automatic pulling plate adopts electrical system control, liquid pressure system control or computer automatic control; fully automatic unloading, high efficiency.
3.A hydraulic device is used as the power mechanism for pressure tightening and loosening of the filter plate, the maximum pressure is 25MPa, and the electric contact pressure gauge is used to automatically maintain the pressure.
4.A maximum pressure of 1.0 MPa is used to ensure the best conditions for forming a filter cake for pressurized filtration; the water content of the filter cake is low.
5.The operation is simple, safe, and labor-saving. The operation is through the buttons on the control panel to achieve continuous actions. It is equipped with a variety of safety devices to ensure the safety of the operator.
