Pulse controller is an electronic controller of pulse bag filter for pulse jet cleaning. The quality of the pulse control instrument reflects the equipment level of the bag filter. The product has strong anti-interference, durable, intelligent three characteristics, pulse circuit output control instrument is specially designed for equipment bag production, and it uses the same instrument disc installation, the volume is smaller. Its output signal directly drive the electromagnetic valve control, compressed air for blowing bag filter sequential circuit grey.
The pulse jet control instrument is the main control device of the injection dust cleaning system of pulse bag filter. Its output drives the electromagnetic pulse valve, and then controls the compressed air to filter the filter bagsequentially, so that the running resistance of the dust collector is kept within the set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
The pulse control instrumentcan adjust the pulse width, cycle interval and pulse interval according to the requirements of ash cleaning, and carry out the sequential dust cleaning and fixed point injection to ensure the operation resistance of the dust collector within the set range. The controller is composed of an integrated circuit, a LED display and a VMOS tube.
