Laser SLAM Latent Jacking Transfer Robot

AMB-300JZ AGV LaserSLAM Latent Jacking Transfer Robot is an upgraded model of AMB-300J. It adopts SEER's brand-new PI industrial design. The vehicle size is optimized to be close to that of AMB-150J while the load capacity remains unchanged at 300 kg. In addition, the optional downward-looking QR code camera and 5G module are added, and the standard laser can support small-range reflector navigation. Furthermore, the old functions to identify various racks and move under the racks to jack them up are retained. The chassis height is reduced after integrating the jack-up mechanism.

Shelf identification and correction, high dynamic environment position and navigation, slip detection and correction, QR code secondary precise positioning, hybrid navigation, automatic following, and using fifth-order Bézier curve.

The smaller size allows for a lower chassis height with the integrated climbing mechanism, lower environmental requirements, more coverage scenarios, and less site restrictions.

Dual lasers and bumper strip sensors at the front and back for 360° protection; 10minutes of charging for 1 hour of running.
