Air Driven Gas Booster Pump
This series of pump uses single pneumatic non-equilibrium gas distributing valves to move to and fro automatically. The drive parts of the pump are made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The full set of sealing parts is imported. The maximum drive pressure is 10bar. We suggest customers use air pressure≤8bar to ensure long lifespan of the pump.
The diameter of the drive piston is 160mm. This pump is single acting. The pump heads can cool the exhaust air.
This series of pump has single stage. To reach the needed pressure, the input gas should be pressurized to some degree in advance. The pre-adding pressure is different according to the needed maximum pressure. The maximum pressure can be up to 80Mpa. The reversing way of OMD-Series is the same as that of OMA-Series, but OMD-Series has double pump heads, which is designed based on OMA-Series. The pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The diameter of its drive piston is 160mm, drive gas pressure≤8bar. Both pump heads can cool the exhaust gas. The pipelines which connect the two inlets and two outlets will be completed according to customers’ requirements before they leave the factory.
OMT-Series
This series of pump has double stage. It can amplify extremely low pressure into very high pressure. The drive gas pressure≤8bar. The rage of inlet gas pressure is 0.5-10bar. The maximum pressure can be up to 80Mpa. The pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
The diameter of its drive piston is 160mm. Both pump heads can cool the exhaust gas.
