Product Feature
All sealed edges of the two corrugated sheets are laser welded into "sheet pairs" to form welded channels; each pair of sheets is gasketed to form a detachable regular flow path. This structure allows easy maintenance of each pair of plates while ensuring the stability of the welded plate pairs. It has the characteristics of high safety, high heat transfer efficiency, long service life and easy maintenance. It is suitable for cooling and chemical treatment. It is an ideal alternative to shell and tube heat exchanger and all welded plate heat exchanger, especially for evaporation and condensation of the ammonia type refrigerant , as well as chemical treatment of corrosive liquids. It's suitable for industrial refrigeration, bloody plasma, food and beverage, pulp, oil etc.
