FORSUN CNC plasma drilling cutting machine can resolve many problems caused by drilling steel plates after being cut by plasma or flame. It combines cutting and drilling to reduce process steps. Raw material becomes finished part by proceeding at one time. The efficiency and precision are increased significantly. And the cost of delivery, power, and human resources is reduced.
Combined with cold process drilling and thermal plasma and flame cutting, with only one programming, the machine can achieve drilling and cutting automatically. The design and development of the table-type CNC plasma drilling and cutting machine fully consider the two different processing technology features of CNC cutting and CNC drilling to ensure the rigidity and stability requirements during drilling. Drilling with high accuracy, drilling thickness can be up to 25mm, drilling diameter 1-20mm.

The CNC plasma cutting machine is equipped with a strong welding frame, which can avoid vibration and has excellent cutting accuracy. The rack and pinion have been quenched, which greatly improves the toughness and hardness of the running parts. All quenched and finely ground parts are treated with imported chemical anti-rust oil, and precision tools are automatically matched and meshed. It has the characteristics of high strength, high precision, and no deformation.
It can cut 1mm-20mm holes, and the drilling thickness can reach 25mm. It adopts air-cooling, water-cooling, and other cooling methods, and is equipped with imported metal cutting torches as standard, which completely solves the problem of easy burning of cutting torches. With built-in arc pressure adjustment, slit compensation, arc suppression reset, anti-collision system, it can work continuously for 24 hours.
Digital control of the drive, optional Japanese Panasonic servo motor, and drive, walking self-feedback system, strong anti-interference, fast response speed, high running precision, closed-loop control without losing step length, and long service life.
