Cross tapered roller bearing is a variation of cross cylindrical roller bearing. During working, its tapered rolling elements do pure rolling movement without relative sliding, hence the limit speed of this kind of bearing is far higher than that of cross cylindrical roller bearing, while the friction moment is lower.
