Agricultural Bearing Hex Bore Series 2019
ISUTAMI hex bore series agricultural bearing is a kind of regular agricultural bearing. Its appearance is similar to that of disc harrow bearings and 200 series agricultural bearings. The main difference among them is that its inner ring is hexagonal and suitable for hex shaft. The main body of the hex bore agricultural bearingis a rolling ball bearing made of chrome steel GCR15, which is a fully hardened steel. The cage inside the bearing is made of steel or nylon. This series of bearing has a high-performance three-lip seal structure, hexagonal bore. The bearing is with grease filled, low noise and long service life and re-lubrication. Hex bore agricultural bearing series bearings with nylon collars for fixing screws or any other locking devices. This bearing incorporates a close fitting metal shield backed by a molded rubber seal for low-speed, moderate loading applications. ISUTAMI bearings are generally used in English units, i.e. inches.
Agricultural Bearing Hex Bore Series Feature
ISUTAMI hex bore agricultural bearings are divided into four types, the outer rings of type 1 and type 3 are spherical, the outer rings of type 2 and type 4 are flat, and the outer and inner rings of all models are chamfered. The inner ring is hexagonal, and the distance (A) of each opposite sides ranges 0.563''-1.751'', and the tolerance is ±0.005'', and is matched with the hex shaft of the corresponding size. The diameter of the outer ring, which is the diameter of a whole bearing(D), is in the range of 1.378''-3.937'', and the corresponding tolerance is±0.0005'' or ±0.0006''. The length of the outer ring is smaller than that of the inner ring, and the length of the inner ring , also is the overall length of the bearing (Bi), ranges 0.512''-2.25''; the length of the outer ring (Be) is 0.433' '-0.984''. The length error of the inner and outer rings is 0.005'' or 0.006''. The dynamic load rating range of bearings is 2160kgf-9740kgf, and the static load rating range is 1000kgf-5850kgf. In general, the dynamic load rating of a hex bore agricultural bearing with the same specification is 1.5-2 times the static load rating.
