Angular contact ballbearings are a kind of inseparable bearings, the side shoulders of inner ring and outer ring are uneven. In order to increase the load capacity, one of the side shoulder will be lower than the other. This kind of bearings has raceways both on inner ring and outer ring. The inner ring and outer ring can make relative replacement on the axial direction. Angular contact ball bearings can bear combined radial and axial loads and also work in higher rotating speed. In general, the bigger the contact angle, the higher the axial load capacity is. ZWA’s angular contact ball bearings usually with brass cage. Angular contact ball bearingsof different angular contact ball bearing dimensionswith different numbers are manufactured by zwabearings.

Based on the different angular contact ball bearing angle, angular contact ball bearings can be divided into 70000C type (α=15°), 70000AC type (α=25°), 70000B type (α=40°). Usually, for higher precision and higher rotating speed, the contact angle is 15°.

Based on different match method, ZWA’s angular contact ball bearings can be divided into back to back paired 70000 C(AC, B) DB type, face to face paired 70000C(AC,B)DF type and four-point angular contact bearings (QJ0000).

Single-row angular contact ball bearings can only bear the axial load from one direction and limit the axle or shaft to make replacement in only one axial direction. If in case of accommodating radial load, the extra-axial load will occur.

Double row angular contact ball bearings can bear combined axial and radial loads in which radial loads are higher.
