Circular Steel Formwork

The round column formworkhas a large area, few seams and light weight, so that the cast-in-place surface is smooth and beautiful, and secondary plastering can be omitted, so as to save labor and materials. The cast-in-place surface is rough and requires secondary plastering to repair.
Due to the heavy weight of ordinary cylindrical steel molds, a crane is required to complete the assembly, which increases the assembly cost.
Application of Circular Steel Formwork
The circular pier and steel circular columnformwork is suitable for cement construction on construction sites, various railway bridges, highway bridge covers, pier columns, and beam bodies. Cylindrical steel formwork is widely used in construction, because of its high strength and high stability, it has been unanimously praised by construction workers. Generally, large-scale steel formwork should use shaped steel formwork to ensure the flatness and smoothness of its surface. The joints of the formwork must be tight and there should be no leakage of slurry. The support can be made of steel pipe, and the large steel formwork should have sufficient strength, rigidity and stability to reliably withstand the various loads that may occur during the construction process. In order to ensure the accuracy of the processing, it is necessary to strictly follow the shape and size of the structure on the production drawing. The joints are fixed with bolts, and the seams of the template are processed into wedges for ease of occlusion.
