Product Feature
1.Hydraulic design with wide flow-path non-clogged structure ,allowed fibres(3 times length of inlet diameter),particles(30% size of inlet diameter )
2.Mechanical seal of tungsten carbide, silicon carbide and hard alloy materials avoids the water entering the motor.
3. Unique wide flow-channel design ensures the pump has powerful passing capacity and will not easily be silted or intertwined.
4. Can work normally even in low water level, since over 18.5kw power pumps cool off with outer circulating water automatically.
5. Automatic protection device and control case ensure the good performance of the pump.
6. Auxiliary impeller applies to balance outer pressure of the oil cavity and prolong the motor’s service life.

We have our own casting factory,so that we control the qaulity from raw material.We take sample to do chemical test before casting and do another test during casting to confirm the right percentage of all components.And casting,we would do physical test and spectrum analysis when and after assembling pumps.We do impeller dynamic and static balance,bearing test,roto test to test noise,vibration,shaft.Also we have paiting hourse to paint pumps.
Warranty
1.We guarantee our products must meet technical standards and requirements that promised in the contract.
2.Spared motor and main high-consumable parts will be provided separately so that the machine can be operated in a long term.
