Tobee® 10/8F-AHR Rubber Lined Slurry Pump
Tobee® 10/8F-AHR Rubber Lined Slurry Pumpadopts double-casing structure, It is more easy for use and maintenance. Wetted parts are made from natural rubber with durable in use, 10x8 rubber lined pump is available for gland packing seal,expeller seal or mechanical seal. The rubber lined slurry pumps are widely used in the mining, coal washing, power plant, metallurgy, petrochemical, building material, dredging, and other industrial departments etc
Design Features:
√Horizontal, cantilevered, centrifugal, single stage rubber lined slurry pump
√Long bearing life: The bearing assembly is with large diameter shaft and short overhang.
√Wear resistant and anti-abrasion wet parts: R08, R26, R55, S02, S12, S21, S31, S42 rubber materials etc.
√Easily replaceable liners: Liners are bolted to the casing.
√Easy adjustment of impeller: An impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing.
√Discharge direction can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees.
√Simple maintenance throat-bush: the mating face of the throat bush is tapered, so the wear is reduced and removal is simple.
√Sealing type: packing seal, expeller sealing and mechanical seal.
√Widely application: designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments.
