3D2A-S series high-pressure plunger pump is an improved product of the 3D2-S series pressure plunger pump.

The characteristics are:

1.The capacity of lubricating oil in the crankcase is increased,the lubricity is improved,and the lubricating oil temperature rise is lowered.

2.The diameter of the crankshaft is enlarged,the strength of the cankshaft is improved,the transmission power is increased,the output pressure of the pump is greater,and the range of use is wider.

3.The power end crankshaft and connecting rod adopt forced lubrucation,with small friction coefficient,good lubricity,smooth transmission and lower power end temperature rise,making it more suitable for long-term continuous operation.

lt is suitable for high-pressure water jet auxiliary flow cleaning,metallurgical phosphorus removal, Powder metallurgy, ship cleaning and rust removal, basic engineering, liquid transportation, engineering excavation, and pressure tasting of various rubber hose, metal pipe and oil field drilling wellhead equipment. This series of products can transport 0 -50°C water, emulsion, and other chemical property similar to water liquids.
