Brief introduction:

HZ series chemical process pump including HZ(closed impeller type), HZJ(semi-open impeller type) and HZQ(fully-open impeller type). It is an elaborately developed chemical process pump of new generation which absorbed the advanced technology of both home and aboard,and eliminated the technical defects of IH and CZ chemical process pump,with the advantages of better anti-cavitation performance, stable sealing performance, smooth operation and easy maintenance. The high interchangeability,transforming structures and various anti-corrosive materials satisfy the requirements of different applications,and therefore is widely used.

2. Heavyshaftofincreaseddiameter,thebearingcapacityofbearingsisaveragelyincreasedby75~160%,thelifeofbearingsaretremendouslyextended.
3. Forcedinternalcoolingcartridgemechanicalsealandbigsealingchamberreducedthepossibilityofbreakdown.
4. Easyadjustmethodofpumprotorparttomaintainlowpressureofsealingchamber,toreducetheaxialforce,andthereforeguaranteedthestableoperationofpump.
5. Severaltransformingdesignsenlargedtherangeofapplicationofpump,increasedthereliabilityofpumpingspecialfluids.

Structure:

1. Singlestage,singlesuction,horizontalcentrifugalpump.Bracketstructureforbearingparts,thebearinghousingissupportedbythebracket.Theaxialdisplacementofpumprotorpartcanbeadjustedbyaspecialbolt.Closedimpeller(HZtype),semi-openimpeller(HZJtype)andfullyopenedimpeller(HZQtype)areavailable.
2. Theimpellerisconnectedwithshaftbyscrewthread,ananti-vortexplateisadoptedatthepumpinlettoincreasethereliabilityofpump.
3. Theimpellerwithrearbladesisadoptedtobalancetheaxialforceatthepumpsuction.Andthegapbetweentherearbladesofimpellerandpumpcovercanbeadjustedbyabolt.
4. Thepumpstructureisbackpulltype,therotorpart(impeller,shaft,shaftsealingandbearings)canberemovedwithoutdismantlingthepipesduringmaintenance.
5. Theshaftsealingiscartridgemechanicalseal,andcanbecustomizedassinglemechanicalseal,packingsealingandsecondaryimpeller+packingsealing.
