30 Inch Valve
The 30 inch is mainly used for a small number of performance valves to regulate flow, for filtering, and for butterfly and gate valves to be used as switches. ZECO 30 inch flanged double offset butterfly valve chamberis further improved on the basis of single eccentric butterfly valves. It is characterized by the deviation of the stem axis from the center of the disc as well as the center of the body. The double eccentricity effect makes the disc rapidly disengage from the seat after the valve is opened, greatly eliminating unnecessary over-extrusion and scraping of disc and seat, reducing the opening resistance, reducing wear and improving the seat life. The sharp reduction of scraping also enables the double eccentric butterfly valve to use the metal seat, which improves the application of butterfly valve in the field of high temperature.
But because its sealing principle position belongs to the sealing structure, namely the butterfly plate and valve seat sealing surface of line contact, through the butterfly plate extrusion seat sealing effect caused by the elastic deformation, therefore, to the closed position requirement is very high (especially metal seated), low bearing capacity, which is why people traditionally butterfly valve leakage in high pressure resistance, no major reason.
