GKSA-Series Integrated Electric Actuator
GKSA series electric actuator is integrated linear actuator, it uses eletronic component instead of mechanical components with modular structure. Frequency conversion integrated actuatorsbuilt-in frequency converter, so as to achieve reasonable use of energy.
Standard Design of GKSA-Series Integrated Electric Actuator
Standard actuators: short-time duty S2-15 min acc. to DIN EN 60034
Modulating actuators: intermittent duty S4 / S5 acc. to DIN EN 60034: min. 25% duty cycle, 1200 c/h for all tripping torque and output speed combinations in the Temperature range from -20°C to +60°C
Protection class IP67 acc. to DIN EN 60529 (IP68 on request)
Motor insulation class F
Electronic motor protection, automatic phase sequence correction
Start-up current lower than rated current
Line voltage tolerance -10% / +15% in the chosen voltage range, frequency range from 40 to 70 Hz
Permissible ambient temperature: -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F), higher temperatures on request
Double sealed electric connection:(dust and water-protected when plug withdrawn)
Separate mounting of the electronics unit possible hand crank/wheel for emergency operation (disconnected during motor operation!)
"Non intrusive" after adjustment of the end positions of the valve (PROFITRON)
Different output speeds, adjustable for OPEN, CLOSE, Emergency OPEN and Emergency CLOSE (PROFITRON)
Travel dependant cut-off continuously adjustable 3 reference torque curves of the valve can be stored (PROFITRON)
Operator guidance via display in 9 languages (PROFITRON) external 24 V DC supply for electronics unit possible as standard

Features of GKSA-Series Integrated Electric Actuator
Simplify structure,reasonable---use electronic components instead of mechanical components,adopt modular structure.
Protection grade:lowest level is IP67, meet the DIN EN 60529 standard.(Note: can provide IP68 protection grade when needed).
Seperate installation:when installation space is not enough, the temperature is too high, the vibration is excessive or the debug and test on-site is hard, then intelligent control unit and main part can be installed separately.
