Hydraulic Flow Control Valve
The series of 12 volt flow control valvecomprises flow control, pressure-compensated flow regulators, flow divider/combiners, needle valves, and more. Positive-blocking, linear-regulatory flow control valves are available for models with flows up to 129 lpm (34 gpm). To achieve positive-blocking and linear control, the needle valve offers manual override choices, and it can give models with flows of up to 113 lpm (30 gpm). A pressure-compensated flow regulator enables precise control of flow rates from zero to a maximum of 80 lpm (21 gpm). No matter what the system's working pressure is, a flow diverter or combiner can keep the flow circuit percentage constant. Models with flows of up to 150 lpm (40 gpm) are available from it.
How Does A Hydraulic Flow Control Valve with ReliefWork?
Hydraulic priority flow controlvalves typically consist of a valve body, a flow control element (such as a spool or orifice), and a control mechanism (such as a knob, lever, or solenoid).
