PCD Reamer for mounting hole

The reamer is a rotary tool with one or more teeth to cut the thin metal layer on the processed surface of the hole. The holes processed by the reamer can obtain accurate size and shape. The reamer is used to ream the drilled (or reamed) hole on the workpiece, mainly to improve the machining accuracy of the hole and reduce the roughness of its surface. It is a tool used for hole finishing and semi-finishing, The machining allowance is generally small. Reamers used to machine cylindrical holes are more commonly used. The reamer used to process tapered holes is a tapered reamer, which is less used. According to the use situation, there are hand reamer and machine reamer, and machine reamer can be divided into straight shank reamer and taper shank reamer. The hand type is straight-handled.
Reamer:
There are two kinds of coarse reamer and fine reamer. Coarse reamer has fewer blades and larger chip holding space. Meanwhile, a spiral chip dividing groove is opened on the blade to prevent excessive chip cutting and blockage in rough hinge.The number of blades of the reamer is large, and there is a small edge to ensure the quality of the taper hole.The specifications of common reamer are 1:50, 1:20 and 1:5.
