B. If side wall or mosquito net is included in the quote?
Usually side wall and mosquito net would be available as optional and not included in the quote.
C. Would sample be available for quality checking?
As the item is very big and heavy, express charge is very high. What we are doing with most of our customer is to place order based on price and picture, we would take quality responsibility for our goods. Defective rate for our gazebo is less then 0.5%.
D. What is the top capacity for wind and snow ?
2-3KGS (4.5-6.5LBS) weight capacity for the top fabric against snow at each side with 4 top ribs, wind grade is 4-5. 5KGS(11LBS) weight capacity for the top fabric against snow at each side with 8 top ribs, wind grade is 4-5. When it is heavy snow or storm, it is advisable to remove the top canopy.
Care and Maintenance instruction
1. During all the processes of assembling, especially when lifting heavy or large parts, pay attention to safety.
2. Before assembling your Pavilion Frame, make sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List, your Pavilion Frame check for damaged parts. Any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine if it can be operated properly and perform its intended function. Ladder and wrench are self-provided. Whenever possible, assistance is preferred.
3. Children shouldn’t be allowed in the work area. Do not let them handle parts and tools. No people should be permitted to enter into work area except who is working.
4. This gazebo is mean to be used for decorative and sunshade purpose only and is not mean to withstand all elements of the weather.
