PCD Reamer for Cylinder Head Pipes Bottom
From“More Super Hard”, you can get a PCD reamer with high accurate, reliable quality and economic to solve your problems in bores machining. Simple PCD reamers, customized multiblade stepped reamers and on to customer specific special tools are all available.
The reamer is a rotary tool with one or more teeth used to remove the thin layer of metal on the surface of the machined hole. The reamer has a rotary finishing tool with a straight edge or a spiral edge for reaming or trimming.
Reamers usually require higher machining accuracy than drills due to less cutting volume. They can be operated manually or installed on a drilling machine.
PCD reamer features: 1. PCD reamer has the characteristics of high processing accuracy, high processing efficiency, strong wear resistance and thermal conductivity, and strong toughness. 2. PCD reamer can realize high-speed cutting and cutting of hard materials. 3. The surface roughness of the workpiece processed by PCD reamer is better than that of ordinary cemented carbide reamer. 4. Our PCD reamer has a long service life. Its service life is 10 to 20 times that of ordinary cemented carbide reamer.
