Vitrified bond CBN grinding wheel for camshaft and crankshaft CBN grinding wheels is suitable for powerful grinding of the camshaft. It is made of vitrified bond and CBN abrasive. The linear speed of cbn grinding wheel is 80m / s-200m / s, which can be matched with high-precision CNC camshaft grinding machines.
The CBN grinding wheel is used for rough and fine grinding of the camshaft, which can ensure that the cam profile is always close to the cam curve. As the wear of CBN grinding wheels is very small, the number of cams ground can be equivalent to the number of cams ground by several ordinary grinding wheels, so it can stably ensure that the cam curve is always in the best state.
