PS intelligent electric actuator product features

PS series intelligent electric actuator products are composed of PSL intelligent straight-stroke electric actuator and PSQ intelligent quarter-turn actuator.

Main features of the product:

●Simple structure, small size, light weight, easy to install and maintain.

●The transmission adopts small clearance, which has high efficiency, low noise, long service life, stable and reliable, and no need to refuel.

● It has a live electric hand function and can be operated with the up or down button.

● It has a digital display, which can be intuitive to the control signal value, feedback signal value, and electric hand operation value.

● It has a break control signal fault judgment, alarm and protection function, which means that the actuator can be fully open or fully closed, or maintained, or set to any value between 0-100% when the signal is broken.

● It has the function of valve blocking fault judgment, alarm and protection.

● It uses upper/lower limit switches on the hardware. The PSQ product is equipped with a torque protection switch that allows the actuator to have multiple protection functions.

●Intelligent controller: high precision, high reliability and strong anti-interference ability.

●Integrated structure design, the valve position feedback component and servo amplifier are two independent components inside the actuator. They directly accept control signals such as 4-12mA/12-20mA/4-20mA/1-5V. They are output as a 4-20mA/1-5V position feedback signal with self-diagnostics for ease of use and adjustment.

●The valve position feedback component adopts full-sealing, high-precision and high-abrasion conductive potentiometer, which has the characteristics of small volume, high precision, small dead zone, long service life, stable and reliable.

●The stroke of the PSL actuator is adjustable to facilitate connection with the valve; it is connected by a flexible disc spring, which can preset the valve closing force to ensure reliable shutoff of the valve and prevent leakage.
