Ball Valve
We export precision casting floating ball valves made by stainless steel and carbon steel. As we all know, we use the wax injection and de-wax craftwork to ensure the operation principle of the ball valve with zero breakdowns. The ball of the stainless steel ball valve is floating, and under the action of the medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press it on the sealing surface of the outlet end to guarantee that the outlet end is sealed. The structure of stainless steel floating ball valve is simple and has good sealing, but the ball to bear the working medium of the load all passed to the export seal, in this way, considering the sealing ring material can withstand the work of the ball media load. This structure is widely used in low-pressure stainless steel ball valve.
According to the connection classification, our stainless steel floating ball valve can be divided into internal thread ball valve, external thread ball valve, internal and external thread ball valve, welded ball valve, flange ball valve. Among them, the internal thread ball valve has 1 piece, 2 pieces and 3 pieces of classification. the welding ball valve is also divided into socket ball valve, butt welding ball valve, the flange ball valve can be divided into many kinds of standard, such as ANSI, DIN, JIS, GB and etc. In addition, these products can also be made by carbon steel, such as the hexagonal bar 1PC ball valve.
Stainless steel ball valves are used for corrosive media and aggressive environments. Under this circumstance, they are often applied in seawater, swimming pools, osmosis installations and many chemicals. We use the material of 304, 316, CF8 and etc. Type 304 and 316 are the most common, Type 316 has the best corrosion resistance. And type 304 is sometimes referred to as 18/8 because of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. 316 has 18% chromium and 10% nickel (18/10). Stainless steel valves usually ask for a higher operating torque. So it must be taken into account that when a stainless steel valve is operated by an electric or pneumatic actuator.
Our valve seats, thrust washer, gasket and stem packing are made of PTFE (Teflon). This material has a very good chemical resistance and a high melting point (~327°C). In addition, the friction coefficient is extremely low.
