Based on the fluorescent PCR technique, this HIV PCR kittakes the relatively conserved region of the HIV virus gene coding region as the target region and designs specific primers and fluorescent probes. After the specimen nucleic acid is purified, one-step RT-PCR is performed for rapid HIV-1 RNA quantitative testing. In addition, Daan's HIV PCR test kitalso contains internal control materials to monitor the entire process of nucleic acid extraction and reduce the occurrence of false negative results.
