The 96 well half skirted pcr plateis designed to provide superior performance and convenience for your PCR experiments. With a half skirt design, it is compatible with most thermal cyclers and takes up less storage space than full skirted plates. The plate is made from high quality, medical-grade polypropylene that ensures excellent thermal conductivity and allows for optimal PCR amplification. The plate features raised rims for easy sealing and handling, as well as alphanumeric grids for easy tracking of samples. Product Description
Yikang’s half-Skirted PCR Plates are compatible with most thermal cyclers and ABI platforms, including sequencers. The white ones are optimized for qPCR by increasing sensitivity and reducing variability in fluorescence detection. The Yikang’s PCR plates are designed, manufactured, and tested to ensure PCR performance. The plates have well volume of 0.1ml and 0.2ml for your option.
