Automatic feeding, cutting and sealing,touch screen with Android OS, only need to set up the length and quantity of the paper-plastic pouches as per the requirements and start the program, then the machine will automatically complete the feeding, cutting and sealing process.

Main Characteristics:

EF121-A medical automatic cutting sealing printing integrated is one of the universal medical heat sealing machine series products. It is used in paper and plastic roll bags, paper-plastic three-dimensional roll bags and Tyvek roll bags, etc. The special equipment for cutting, heat-sealing and printing adopts the continuous cutting and sealing printing method. According to the actual needs of users, the length and quantity of the single- or multi-volume packaging bags are set to accurately cut, automatically seal, and automatically print the bags. , With information storage, elegant equipment, easy to use, with a variety of work modes to choose from. It is mainly satisfied with the sealing of all kinds of medical articles before sterilization in hospitals. It is fully suitable for high-temperature steam sterilization, low-temperature ethylene oxide, hydrogen peroxide plasma, and radiation sterilization. It is an upgrade product of conventional heat sealing equipment.

Sealable Materials:

● Sealable pouches and coiled materials in compliance with EN868-5 and YY/T 0698-5;

● High density polyethylene materials (such as Tyvek);

● Aluminum foil composite materials.

Un-Sealable Materials:

● Polyethylene film;

● Soft PVC film and hard PVC chips;

● Nylon and polypropylene film.

Printing System Features:

● Can print Chinese/English characters, numbers and the special symbols specified by YY 0466-2003 Medical Devices Symbols For Use in the Labeling of Medical Device; can also print all the information required by the relevant specifications, such as the expiry date, lot No., department name, name or code of the operator, cooker No. and cooker batch;

● The date of sterilization and expiry date can be adjusted automatically after setup is completed and no need to manually adjust the dates of every month;

● The machine has one in-built 24-needle printer to realize high definition printing in either Chinese or English language and it’s very simple and quick to set up all the necessary information;

● Three fonts (narrow, normal and wide) are available; so more characters, numbers and symbols could be printed onto the narrow pouches;

● The system will give out the printing width based on the information to be printed and then automatically calculate out the minimum printing width; if the width of the paper-plastic pouches is not enough for printing, a warning will be sent out to the operator;

● The operator can close all the printing functions simply by pressing one key or choose to close one of the printing functions to realize quick change-over between Printing and Not Printing;

● Automatic energy-saving standby function: The standby time and temperature are adjustable. Intelligent standby recovery system helps return to the working temperature quickly.

● Note: If necessary, the machine could be set up to display and print out the characters in English or other languages.
