What is a BBT Medical ultrasonic harmonic scalpel45mm? It is a curved blade ultrasonic scalpel. In matching with the ultrasonic surgical systems, it is used for cutting, dissection, coagulation in general surgery, laparoscopic surgery, orthopedic surgery and urological surgery. The mechanical motion from the handpiece advances to the instrument, transmitting ultrasonic energy which enables hemostatic cutting and/or coagulation of tissue and vessel. It works with 55.5kHz±5.5kHz.
