Siansonic Ultrasonic Atomizer Transducers
Ultrasonic atomizer transducer is the core component of single humidifier piezo type ultrasonic atomization. As one of the earliest ultrasonic piezo transducer suppliers to produce ultrasonic atomizer transducers in China, Siansonic launched patented ultrasonic atomizing transducer with nickel plating as early as the early 1990s. With excellent atomization performance and durability, Siansonic atomizing transducer has been selected by hundreds of companies in the world, and the cumulative sales has exceeded 10 million pieces. The piezo humidifier resonant frequency of up to 3MHz can provide ultrafine atomized droplets of only 1 micron. The unique protective coating technology can realize the dual protection against both chemical corrosion and electric corrosion, so as to atomize various liquids. In addition, the ultrasonic atomizers transducer using high-intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU transducers） technology can improve the energy conversion efficiency and is suitable for the development of atomization device driven by low voltage and low power.
