Test Procedures

(1) Place the floor covering (resilient or laminated) onto the test platform.

(2) Install the casters on the turntable according to specified distances and spacing.

(3) Set the total load on the turntable to simulate real-life caster weight.

(4) Adjust the rotation speed and cycle parameters according to testing requirements.

(5) Start the machine; it will rotate the casters and move the platform according to the preset program.

(6) Upon completion of the test, stop the machine and remove the floor covering and casters.

(7) Inspect the flooring surface and caster wheels for wear and deformation.

(8) Record and analyze the results for product quality evaluation.

Maintenance Information

(1) Regularly inspect casters, turntable, and platform for wear or damage.

(2) Clean the platform and turntable after each test to remove debris.

(3) Check rotation mechanisms and bearings for smooth operation and lubricate as needed.
