5. To ensure the freezing effect, when the ambient temperature is higher than 30 °C, the rotor and the centrifugal chamber should be pre-cooled, and the rotor should also reduce the speed by 15%.
6. Centrifuge tubes should be updated regularly, and it is strictly forbidden to use centrifuge tubes that are near the rupture.
