STD IPX7 Machine Waterproof Test Chamber
Product Introduction
Test the product waterproof performance in the soaking environment (water depth 1 meters).
Through the test ,check whether the product waterproof level meet the requipments,so that the product
design, R & D and factory inspection use.
Characteristics
1. suitable for IPX7 waterproof grade test of the product.
2. this box allows the maximum water depth of 1.2 meters, the bottom area: 800*800mm. (Customizable)
3. double-layer structure: the inner layer of SUS304# stainless steel plate high-precision integral sub-arc welding forming, to ensure long-term use of no rust, no water; the middle of the two layers with 40 square steel reinforcement to keep the inner box will not be deformed;
C, the outer layer is welded with hairline stainless steel plate, the stainless steel plate is wrapped, the appearance has no solder joints, and the overall appearance is beautiful.
4. Install the water inlet and outlet pipes below the water tank.
5. the observation window is made of 12mm tempered glass bonding, can clearly observe the test situation of the sample.
6. stainless steel frame with load casters and foot cups, easy to move and fix.
7. stainless steel ruler accurately display water level.
A stainless steel hook is welded to the top of the inner box to facilitate users to take and place test samples.
