Two fluorescence detection channels can be monitored independently due to sequential scanning, and the laser intensity and PMT can be fine-tuned in real-time.
LuxScan10K/D has a much larger numerical aperture of 0.76 than the industry standard of 0.68. The amount of gene array scannerlight that can be collected is directly related to the lens's numerical aperture.
