Test Procedures
Equipment Preparation: Check the integrity of the equipment's power lines, confirm that the grounding protection device is effective, and ensure the hydraulic system oil level is above 80% of the scale.
Environmental Parameter Calibration: The laboratory temperature must be controlled at (20±2)℃, and the humidity should be below 60%.
Sample Installation Procedure: When fixing the safety helmet to the head form, ensure that the distance between the helmet shell and the head form meets the test standards, and adjust the tightness of the chin strap.
Test Operation: Press the "Tare/Zero" button on the control panel to eliminate the initial influence of the safety helmet's own weight on the force sensor.
Data Recording: Save the test results using the "Store" button on the control panel, or connect a USB flash drive to export the data (supports Excel/PDF format).
