Heating elements for aluminum casting components
Using ways of casting processes and CNC machining processes, manufactures die casting and typecasting products according to customer’s demands, and meanwhile manufactures electric heating products with electric heating elements. Adopting reasonable processes and checking and measuring means,controls defects of air holes, impurity and poriness within required ranges and ensures products’ tensile strength and elongation. Other processes such as Teflon spray and plastic spray can also be used to meet special requirements.
